Retention and deletion

The beta uses a 7/30 data policy with immediate account lockout on deletion.

Seven days

Raw prompts, captured source context, messages, generated files, execution payloads, and explicitly consented raw support content expire within seven days.

Thirty days

Reusable workflow recipes, source references, security and audit events, diagnostics, support metadata, usage events, and extension-consent records expire within thirty days.

Reuse after source expiry

A recipe may remain reusable after its raw source context expires. SalesGenius will return refresh required and ask you to re-fetch or recapture the source. Reuse never auto-executes.

Account deletion

• The account becomes inaccessible immediately.
• Provider credentials and tenant connections are revoked during deletion.
• Active-store customer data is removed within 24 hours.
• Backups expire within thirty days.

Export and status

Signed-in users can prepare an authenticated data export and request deletion from Workspace settings. Deletion status remains available through the protected account API while the request is active.
