Privacy notice
How the signed-in SalesGenius beta handles account, workflow, provider, and diagnostic data.
Data we process
- Firebase account identifiers and workspace membership.
- Prompts, captured page context, workflow steps, and generated files needed to complete requested work.
- Provider connection references and review-first handoff outcomes.
- Security events, usage counters, diagnostic IDs, and support metadata.
How data is used
Data is used to authenticate requests, compile and run workflows, generate proof of work, prepare manual handoffs, enforce service controls, investigate failures, and protect customer accounts. Core workflow completion does not require a conversational LLM provider.
Provider access
Connected Gmail, Salesforce, Calendar, and other provider data is accessed only for the workflow you request. External writes remain review-first handoffs during the beta. Account deletion revokes active tenant connections and Firebase refresh tokens.
Chrome extension data
The SalesGenius Context Bridge asks for permission before it reads visible content on supported Gmail, Salesforce, and Google Calendar tabs. After permission is granted, the extension can read visible thread, record, event, page-title, URL, and selection details locally so you can inspect and choose the context needed for your work.
- Only context you explicitly choose is sent over HTTPS to SalesGenius at
app.geniusai.liveandapi.geniusai.live. - The extension does not read or store cookies, passwords, provider access tokens, or unrelated browsing history.
- Chrome local or session storage may hold your capture decision, validated Salesforce tenant origins, ephemeral selected context, handoff correlation identifiers, and metadata-only reliability counters.
- You can turn capture off from the extension's Data settings or revoke extension access from Workspace settings. Revocation clears unsent extension context.
Sharing and limited use
SalesGenius uses Google Firebase for authentication and hosting and AWS-hosted infrastructure for the SalesGenius API and storage. We do not sell customer data, use it for advertising, or share it with data brokers. Human access is limited to support you explicitly request, security investigation, legal obligations, and essential service operations.
The use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Retention and control
Raw customer context is retained for up to seven days. Reusable recipes, references, audit events, diagnostics, and support metadata are retained for up to thirty days. See the retention and deletion policy for detail.
Support reports
Issue reports include diagnostic metadata by default. Raw content is included only when you explicitly select that option, and consented raw report content expires within seven days.
